Record and update receiving information to QC reports / excel template.
Conduct QC check in accordance with sample size.
Ensure QC items meet quality requirements as stated in the quality document.
Update quality results into QC module/system or excel template.
Take photos of product quality and download/upload photos into QC modules or reports.
Generate QC reports and share with internal stakeholders.
Communicate QC results to stakeholders.
Lead Fruits/Vegetable quality improvement initiatives / projects.
Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects.
Verify and approve QC findings.
Seek and carry out disposition with regards to failed QC items.
Reject failed QC items from suppliers and transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area.
Manage and housekeep non-confirming storage area.
Ensure non-conforming products are not delivered to the stores.
Ensure proper disposal of non-conforming products.
Provide on-the-job training to new staff on Fuits/Vegetables quality checks, enabling them to perform in their roles.

Storekeeper (QC) 

You are responsible for the sales and profits for the Health, Wellness, Beauty and Personal Care products, in the store, and develop in-store opportunities for promotion and events for these products. You are also expected to: 
• Provide Health and Wellness advice to customers, including the proper usage of our products and any other related information
• Make appropriate recommendations of products to customers based on their needs
• Build up a customer base by being a personalised advisor to their health and wellness needs 
• Ensure adequate stock levels and exercise inventory control through the ordering and monitoring the shelf life of products
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the area via regular housekeeping
• Cashiering duties
• Any other duties as assigned 

WELLNESS ADVISOR

You are responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sales for our customers and the smooth running of your department. You are also required to do weighing, packing, pricing and displaying of products, greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders. You are also required to do cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and adhering to food safety and sanitation controls and perform quality inspection on meats and other products. You are also expected to perform any other assigned duties.

MEAT SPECIALIST

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Truck and store operations. You will be required to do stacking, displaying and replenishment of products, as well as operating the POS cash register. You are also expected to provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times and to uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Get ready the Mobile Truck / store for business
• Achieve targeted relocation time of the Mobile Truck for opening
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain neat and systematic storing of products for displaying
• Handling of payment transactions and packing of items purchased
• Daily Inventory management
• Monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of all products
• Perform daily housekeeping and various ad-hoc duties
