Job Description

- Work closely with outlet key holders in relation to outlet operations.
- Improve outlet operations and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Work with the various departments on the set up of new outlets and monitor renovation works.
- Responsible for monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports.
- Attend to customers' complaints.
- Maintain good working relationships with the landlord, relevant authorities and agencies, licensees, and sub-contractors.
- Monitoring and responsible for lease renewal agreement, negotiation, and follow-up on terms of the lease with licensees.
