• Perform Pre-Assessment Of New Clients Refered By Aic
• Assess Existing Client’S Health Condition And Improvement
• Ensure The Clients’ Enrolment Is Comply With The Company’S Sop And Administer The Documentation To Be Submitted To Relevant Government Body
• Provide Health Promotion, Counselling And Education
• Monitor, Record And Report Symptoms And Changes In Client’S Condition
• Consult And Coordinate With Health Care Team To Assess, Plan, Implement And Evaluate Client’S Conditions
• Perform Cpr, Aed And First Aid To Clients And Plays An Active Role In Emergency Situations
• Performing Vital Signs Monitoring Or Checks Example Blood Pressure, Temperature And Reports To Clinicians

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Associate/Degree In Nursing
• 2 Years’ Ward/Community Nursing Experience
• Registrable With Snb With The Necessary Experience
• Registrable With Ahpc
