- Strategize and recommend outreach initiatives to promote e2i’s career services for individuals - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders (e.g. government, private partners) - Monitor, track and analyse the progress of outreach efforts and efficiency - Liaise and manage appointed training providers to deliver employment facilitation services to stakeholders (e.g. through events, job fairs, etc) - Prepare regular updates to management on career centre outreach initiatives - Manage deployment of associate and volunteer coaches required for outreach engagement and share inputs on performance assessment to centralised OIC
- Preferably 3 years in business development or relevant experiences - A strong team player with good relationship management - Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills - Good analytical skills, with the ability to write reports - Meticulous, with good time management and organisation skills - Able to work in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines
