- Prepare food ingredients & meals as directed
- Perform frying of deep fried & pan-fried food items
- Perform steaming of dim sum items
- Prepare and concoct various recipe builds of boba tea (bubble tea)
- Set-up relevant stations for service hours & post service hours
- Communicate with expeditor/cashier on finished product
- Able to work independently during preparation hours
Job Requirements
- Food Hygiene cert
- At least one (1) year of F&B stall operating experience is required
- Good know-how in various Chinese/local cooking method preferred
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations
